Research

I am connected with the Glass and Time group, where I do computer simulations/theory of the dynamics of viscous liquids approaching the glass transition as well as liquids generally.

Teaching

In the Fall of 2016 I am teaching the electrodynamics course and supervising two student projects (3rd and 5th semester).
In the Fall of 2015: Taught the electrodynamics course, supervised two student projects (2nd and 4th semester).
In the Fall of 2014 I am teaching the electrodynamics course and supervising a student project (3rd semester)
In the Fall of 2015 I am teaching the electrodynamics course
In the Fall of 2013 I am teaching the electrodynamics course
In the Fall of 2012 I am supervising a third-semester project group in Nat-bas and teaching the electrodynamics course
In the Spring of 2012 I am supervising a second-semester project group in Nat-bas.
In the Fall of 2011 I am not teaching any course, but instead supervising a first-semester project group in Nat-Bas.
In the Spring of 2011 I (co-)taught (with Dorthe Posselt) the quantum mechanics course one more time
In the Fall of 2009 and the Fall of 2010 I taught Supplementary course in physics ("Supp-phys"), formerly known as Physics D.
In the spring of 2009 I taught the Quantum Mechanics course at RU, for the fourth time. This year, for the first time, I taught it in Danish. I had to learn a lot of new words, like "uendelig firkant-brønd" (infinite square well) but it's been as much fun as it has been challenging. Here are links to previous years' web pages: 2008, 2007, and 2006.
